Why is it important?
Health and well-being are universal topics that everyone can relate to. Being able to discuss these topics in English is essential, especially when giving advice or talking about lifestyle choices.

First Conditional
For real and possible situations in the future
If you eat well, you’ll stay healthy.
Second Conditional
For hypothetical situations in the present or future

Third Conditional
For hypothetical situations in the past

Mixed Conditionals
To express a situation that combines a past condition with a present result or a present condition with a past result
If I had slept more, I wouldn’t be so tired now.
If I were healthier, I wouldn’t have missed last week’s event.

First Conditional:

Second Conditional:
If I had more time, I’d go to the gym every day.
Third Conditional:

Mixed Conditionals:
If I had started exercising earlier, I would be in better shape now.
