Vocabulary Related to School

School:
A place where you go to learn.

Teacher:

Student:

Classroom:
A room where students have lessons.

Subject:
A specific area of study, like math or history.

Homework:
Work that students do at home.

Exam/Test:
A set of questions to check what you have learned.

Introduction to the Simple Past Tense

Now, let’s learn about the simple past tense.
This is used to talk about things that happened in the past.

Studied:
I studied math yesterday.

Learned:
We learned about history last week.

Played:
They played soccer after school.

Watched:
I watched a movie last night.

Example Sentences:

Exercise:
Complete the sentences with the correct past tense verb:

Practice with Simple Past Tense
