I’m sure that he’ll arrive on time.
Probability:

◦ There’s a good chance that…
It’s likely that we’ll finish early.
Doubt:

◦ It’s unlikely that…
◦ I’m not sure if…
I doubt that she’ll agree to the plan.
These phrases allow you to clearly express how sure or unsure you are about a situation.
