Present Perfect Simple:

Present Perfect Continuous:
Actions continuing up to now or just stopped.
I have been studying for two hours.

Key Differences:

Present Perfect Simple:
Focus on the result of the action.

Present Perfect Continuous:
Focus on the duration or ongoing nature of the action.
