First and Second Conditional

First Conditional:
If + present simple, will + base verb
If you exercise regularly, you will feel better

Second Conditional:
If + past simple, would + base verb
If I had more time, I would go to the gym more often.

Usage:

• First conditional for real or possible situations in the future

• Second conditional for unreal or hypothetical situations in the present or future

These structures are great for giving advice and talking about hypothetical situations related to health and lifestyle.
